Special National Screening FOR TEENS

We’re excited to join SafeBAE to screen their Netflix documentary: AUDRIE & DAISY, an urgent real-life drama that examines the ripple effects on families, friends, schools, and communities when two underage young women find that sexual assault crimes against them have been caught on camera.

COVID-19 is affecting Angelenos in ways we could have never imagined. We know people throughout Los Angeles are going to continue to need assistance. A donation of any size can help keep a neighbor housed and stable. Your gift today can be earmarked specifically to help ensure fellow Angelenos stay housed during this crisis.

Show Us Your Council Corner!

While you remain safe-at-home, you can get started on a bit of spring cleaning and set aside the gently used items you no longer need to prepare them for pick-up or drop-off as soon as our stores are open again. We will need your donations more than ever to help our community get back on its feet.

Designate an area in your home to gather your planned donations, take a picture of them, and post it on Instagram with the hashtag #mycouncilcorner. Be sure to @thecouncilshop too so we can see your post! We look forward to returning to business as usual and seeing you all very soon.
