Moms Wellness Network

Program Overview:

Join our free Moms Wellness Network!

Meet local mothers and caregivers who understand the responsibilities of caring for others and who also are looking to find space for self-care and learning.

The Moms Wellness Network provides space for both learning and cultivating community.

Through this network, we are filling gaps in social-emotional connectivity for working moms in two ways:

  1. Provide a Learning Community with crafted topics around financial well-being.
  2. Facilitate a Support Network for connectivity.

These sessions will be led by a knowledgeable facilitator prepared to model active listening and open communication with the goal of building understanding and connection between participants
