Moms Wellness Network

Program Overview:

The Wellness Program is now Moms Wellness Network! Meet local mothers and caregivers who understand the responsibilities of caring for others and who also are looking to find space for self-care and learning. While most people already have wellness in practice, we believe moms don’t have a safe space to process daily work-life stressors, including accessing trusted resources and services. The Moms Wellness Network provides space for both learning and cultivating community.

Through this network, we are filling gaps in social-emotional connectivity for working moms in two ways:

  1. Provide a Learning Community with crafted topics around financial well-being.
  2. Facilitate a Support Network for connectivity.

These sessions will be led by a knowledgeable facilitator prepared to model active listening and open communication with the goal of building understanding and connection between participants

Monthly In-Person Support Network

Sessions will be held on the third Wednesday of every month at 6 PM at the NCJW|LA office.

A light dinner will be provided at 5:30 p.m. prior to starting sessions.

Limited childcare will be provided for children up to 12 years old.

Quarterly Online Learning Session

Each quarterly online session is curated to meet the ongoing needs of working moms. Participants will have the opportunity to gain tools and resources to support economic mobility and stability.

Advanced registration is required for attendance.

Consent Release Forms are required for participation.

Summer sessions will be open June 12, 2023, on a first-come-first-served basis.
