This year, our Lobby Day priorities are strongly connected to our mission of advancing economic justice and equity for low-income women. Join us on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 9am – 5pm PST as we connect virtually to lead the fight in key issue areas that affect our community. We will meet with top California legislators to present bills tied to our mission and demand that our voices be heard.
Registration is FREE and will remain open through Friday, May 8, 2020. Click here to view our full Lobby Day agenda.

With the economic future uncertain, and unemployment rates skyrocketing, more and more Angelenos are stressing over whether they should pay rent, pay a past due bill or skip a meal. Since March, we have helped more than 130 households pay their rent. That’s $132,256! Many organizations, like NCJW|LA rushed to activate critical response services for our community members to stay sheltered, but the need just keeps rising. While the applications continue to come in, we are thankful to all of our donors and supporters who have helped us keep our promise to Keep Los Angeles Housed.
