Last Days of Summer

Thanks to the sudden return of “Indian Summer” I am able to indulge in my love for crazy floral pants for a bit longer. As you may have noticed in my last “One Girl: Three Looks” post, printed pants can be both bold and versatile. This week I found a pair of great printed silk Kathrine Hamnett pants at our Granville store that I paired with an Armani crop tank and velvet lace-ups for full effect.

Katharine  Hamnett CBE  is an English fashion designer best known for her political t-shirts and her ethical business philosophy. At one point, Hamnett met with then-Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher wearing her own t-shirt with the slogan “58% DON’T WANT PERSHING”, a reference to polls showing public opposition in the United Kingdom against the basing of Pershing missiles in the country
