We want to take this time to thank our state and local elected officials and their local staff members for meeting with us in a series of in-district visits in late July. We are grateful for their adaptability and on-going commitment to our agency and our advocacy efforts to advance economic justice and equity for women in Los Angeles. to find the latest updates on priority bills SB1257, AB3216 and SB3300 click here.
Our commitment and continued work to the communities we serve and represent have been possible in many ways by the many advocates and community folks who have been adapted and nimble to efforts and response to our ever-changing current landscape.
As COVID-19 continues to threaten our health, wellbeing, and economy, we must remain hopeful and relentless in our advocacy efforts.
