Council Thrift Shops also gladly accepts your vehicle donations and offers free car pick up in designated areas. Vehicles must be in good working order, insured, smog-checked, registered in the state of California and have original certificates of ownership. From there, we'll handle all of the paperwork. Cars will be placed in our parking lot and once they are sold, you will receive a donor receipt from NCJW/LA and Council Thrift.
